TriNAV is a handy catheter and so far has added value to our patient’s treatments. Especially Sirtectomies (Sirtex segmentectomies). Only drawback is the smaller lumen and the higher PSI required to get some of the flow rates needed for imaging. Really challenging with the Mark7 injector and its 900 PSI max limit. Lucky for us our Nemoto Press Duo injector has a 1200 PSI max limit and we can adjust contrast concentration on the fly improving our odds of getting both a well injected and properly dosed cone beam CT dataset.
